Lily Millicent started in early 2009 - the fruition of years of dreaming! It has always been a passion of mine to create beautiful things by hand, however it was only when I became a bride-to-be that I discovered a need to find unique and memorable accessories not just for my special day, but for years to come.  I decided to create them for myself, and then for others...and Lily Millicent was born!
